The End
Well I finally finished reading the story, and the ending was not a happy one. I can't say that i am surprised, or that i care because really the invisible man had it coming. After finding his old college friend, Griffin was in a lot of pain and needed some rest and most importantly he needed help. It was obvious that he was getting grazer by the minuet. For a few chapters he discussed what he has gone through, his new life as an invisible man. He discussed how he wasn't being seen by any one, how he had to struggle for food, and how he found a way to cover himself up in a way that allow people to see him and not know. Then he went a head and started to talk strategy with his friend Dr. Kemp a way to try and make himself visible a gain. The last characteristics that i was able to observe from reading that book, was the being invisible had created not only a new identity for Griffin but also a new personality. Griffin was this well educated chemist, who was smart and could do almost any thing. Then there is the Invisible Man this new person who wants to go back to be himself again, however at the same time he is willing to do what ever is necessary to accomplish that goal and that includes killing. One of the last chapters in the book is called The Plan That Failed. In chapter Kemp knew that Griffin was willing to kill once he remembered an important detail that could help him be visible again. The problem was that this particular person was in jail. Dr. Kemp wanted to help Griffin, only he was not willing to kill and that is what he tried to prevent. To prevent him from leaving and going after this person. Yet he failed, to do that, which lead to the death of the Griffin. At the end of the story it was Griffins ego and second personality that lead him to his death. That is how the story ended.
